Instrumentation’s
facilities are located on 6 acres of property
in Clermont,
New Jersey. The facilities consist of 2 buildings.
The “Front Building” is a house
that was converted and modified to meet our
needs. This building contains parts procurement,
shipping, loadcell assembly and testing, transformer
assembly and testing, noise testing, part of
the programming department, and old inventory
stock.
The “Back Building” is a building
that was built to meet our needs as they grew.
This building contains the Tech department,
the rest of the programming department, the
through-hole assembly department, the engineering,
design, and layout department, the Surface
Mount Line, Surface Mount Inventory, through-hole
inventory, and “the work shop”.
The back building also has a generator that
is used to supply the 3 phase power needed
for the reflow oven, but is capable of supplying
power to the entire building in the case of
a power outage. Both of our buildings have
plenty of surrounding land, and are laid out
so that either building could easily have additions
built for expansion purposes.
The owner’s home is located about a
mile away from the work facilities, and contains
offices for administration. The computer network
in the working facilities are linked to the
owner’s
home network via a long distance wifi
link. There are redundant servers located there
as well as data storage for backup purposes.
