 At
the consumers discretion, each and every
board that leaves
our facilities can be 100% visually inspected
and tested. SMT problems, human error and
defective parts are looked and tested for.
We have custom designed testers to thoroughly
test every product we sell. This allows us
to simulate very closely the actual operation
of the product when it is in the field, as
well as verify the program in any ROM or
micros that may be present. This is just
another step of the process we have developed
over the years to ensure that your product
is as reliable as possible. Although this
is an optional step, it is highly recommended,
as it increases the overall reliability of
your product.
We are also able to work with you to design
a test to meet your specific product’s needs. If you don’t feel your product needs to be completely tested (at least by us), but you want certain components tested / calibrated by us before we ship it to you, we are more than willing to work with you.
