PCU This is an
example of a box build. It is a Power Control
Unit for an automated poker table. We designed
the custom board for this as well as produce
it. We purchase all the parts and assemble,
program, and test the units. It supplies
power to everything in the table, provides
the audio amplifier for sound effects,
as well as performing all the security
for the doors on the table. It has an Ethernet
port for communication. Not pictured is
a faceplate that has a volume knob and
on / off switches and lights.
Transformers This is a batch of transformers with
wiring harnesses to hook the transformer
up to the product, and wires to configure
the voltage of the transformer installed.
Single Transformer This is a single transformer with only
the wire harness to connect it to the product
installed. Voltage wiring is left up to
the customer on this transformer.
Cables This is a set of cables that are used
with a specific product for one of our
customers. This photo shows 4 different
kinds of cables, 50 of each one. We manufacture
these in-house per specifications provided
by the customer or to meet the requirements
of the boards we have designed. Each cable
is inspected, and tested for shorts, opens
and bad wiring.
Load Cells These are load cells that are built for
us by a load cell company, but customized
by us to meet the requirements of the product
they are working with. We also thoroughly
test all load cells with our custom software
before they get shipped.
Load Cells These are sets of load cells. Same as
above, but two load cells are wired into
the same connector, and tested together
as a set.
