For
the quantity of products Thomas Instrumentation
has in circulation, we get very few returned
for repairs. Because of this, we are capable
of a very quick turn around on repairs (as
necessary). Any products that get returned
are repaired, updated (hardware and software
as necessary), thoroughly tested and returned
to you. Accompanying the repair will be paperwork
briefly explaining what was done to repair
the board.
We track our repairs
and common problems that are encountered on
repairs. This allows
us to stay informed, and catch a potential
problem before they develop into major issues.
Repairing
a product that was not originally produced
by us is something we would not
normally do. That said, we are always willing
to make arrangements with a client (or potential
