Warranty & Repairs
Thomas Instrumentation always offers a repair service for its designed products. For the quantity of products we have in circulation, we get very few returned for repairs. Due to our limited number of returns, most of our repairs have a quick turn-around. Each product in for repair is fixed, updated if necessary, thoroughly tested, and returned to the customer. Accompanying the repair will be paperwork which briefly explains the issue, the fix, and who worked on the problem. This paperwork is also kept in-house with more information in order to catch potential design flaws or other major issues before they become an ordeal.
We not only repair our own designed boards, but products developed or manufactured by others as well. If you have a product you are happy with but you need a means of keeping broken boards in the field, let us be your repair shop. Pricing on these repairs typically includes an initial start-up cost to get familiar with the product plus the cost of time and parts spent repairing the product.
Thomas Instrumentation does offer a warranty on some of the products we both design and produce. The exact details and length of the warranty are dependent upon several factors and are agreed upon prior to any production quantities of the system. Each warranty is specific to an individual product and the customer.
